My primary areas of practice are trademark and copyright law.  Prior to opening my office, I worked for over ten years in two of Boston's top firms, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault and Choate, Hall & Stewart (where I oversaw the trademark practice for five years).  I am excited to be able to offer clients of all sizes the benefit of my experience at accessible rates.

I have extensive experience in advising clients in the areas of trademark and copyright law, with a particular focus on assisting clients in the selection, clearance and registration of brand names and logos.  I have worked with clients in a wide range of fields, including software and hardware, telecommunications, medical devices, graphic arts, prepared foods, pharmaceuticals, education and restaurant services.  While my clients include businesses of various sizes, I am particularly sensitive to the needs of start-ups, which is why I offer alternative fee arrangements such as flat fees for certain services.
